JEF Malta at The Archbishop’s Seminary for Europe@School
This October, our Civic Education Officer launched this year’s Europe@School initiative, kicking things off at The Archbishop’s Seminary.
This program is a cornerstone in JEF Malta’s mission to connect young people with the EU in a fun, hands-on way. Tailored for all students, these sessions dive deep into the EU’s main institutions, their roles, and even EU Agricultural Policy. The best part? Engaging games and interactive activities brought students together, sparking lively discussions and making EU institutions easier to understand. Watching students connect and learn together was truly inspiring!
On the day, we started the lesson by introducing ourselves and what JEF Malta is. We had approximately 35 students for the lesson, with the youth involved being a part of an Erasmus+ mobility initiative. Due to this visit taking place coherently with the mobility, we decided to focus on the agricultural work the youths were undergoing and even explained the workings of the respective institutions work.
